The Winter Arabian Horse Auction 2020 is behind us. The result of the auction is 123 000 EURO, which brings us a lot of satisfaction. It wasn’t an easy project! Having to run the entire bidding process online was quite a big challenge for everyone involved. We managed to do it and we ended it with great success!
Michałów State Stud sold horses for the amount of 99 000 EURO. The offer was met with the interest of both Polish and foreign buyers. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the new owners of the purchased mares. I would like to congratulate Mrs. Anna Janas-Naze from Black Lady Arabians, who announced on social media right after the purchase that Formiss (Esparto – Formia / Gazal Al Shaqab) bred by Michałów State Stud would join her breeding programme. We are sure that this unique and valuable mare will bring a lot of joy. We look forward to the first successes, including a foal by Michałów State Stud stallion Empire (Enzo – Emira / Laheeb), which will appear soon.
From this place I would like to thank all employees of Michałów State Stud, Janów Podlaski State Stud and Białka State Stud for their enormous and everyday effort of taking care of such huge herds of horses. Due to your hard work, the level of preparation of horses for the auction was so high. I would also like to thank the people directly involved in the organization and course of the auction. Success was possible due to you!
Taking this opportunity, I would also like to wish all breeders and supporters of the Michałów State Stud a peaceful Christmas holiday spent in a family atmosphere. I wish all of you in the upcoming New Year 2021 many successes, including breeding ones.
