POLISH NATIONAL SHOW – MICHAŁÓW STUD AT THE TOP

EL MEDIDA

On Sunday 14^th August in Janów Podlaski, we got to know the laureates of this year’s Polish National Championships. Michałów State Stud ended up on the podium several times, winning the following awards:

• LABONITA (Dominic M – Lakonia / Chimeryk) – Polish National Gold Champion Yearling Filly (handler – Paweł Syliwoniuk);
• DRIADA (Al Ayal – Dolores / Kabsztad) – 4th place and Polish National Top Five Yearling Filly (handler – Mateusz Tokarski);

• EL MEDAR (Morion – El Medonia / Shanghai EA) – Polish National Gold Champion Y
• earling Colt (handler – Paweł Syliwoniuk);
• DELIKT (Morion – Diara / Eryks) – 4th place and Polish National Top Five Yearling Colt (handler – Artur Łojowski);

• EL MEDIDA (Morion – El Medara / Shanghai EA) – Polish National Gold Champion Junior Filly (handler – Artur Łojowski);
• EL MARIELLA (Morion – El Marina / Ganges) – Polish National Silver Champion Junior Filly (handler – Paweł Syliwoniuk);

• EL BRILLO (Morion – El Larinera / Empire) – Polish National Silver Champion Junior Colt (handler – Paweł Syliwoniuk);

• EL ESMERA (Sahm El Arab – Esmeraldia / QR Marc) – Polish National Gold Champion Senior Mare (handler – Paweł Syliowniuk);
• WILDANOVA (WH Justice – Wilda / Gazal Al Shaqab) – 4th place and Polish National Top Five Senior Mare (handler – Artur Łojowski);
• ZIGI ZANA (QR Marc – Zagrobla / Monogramm) – 5th place and Polish National Top Five Senior Mare (handler – Mateusz Tokarski);

• PTOLEMEUSZ (Złoty Medal – Parmana / Al Maraam) – Polish National Silver Champion Senior Stallion (handler – Paweł Syliwoniuk);
• ZŁOTY MEDAL (QR Marc – Złota Orda / Pesal) – 4th place and Polish National Top Five Senior Stallion (handler – Artur Łojowski).

And thus, out of fourteen horses bred and owned by Michałów Stud presented in six championships, twelve won a medal or a Top Ten titile as well as several special awards:

EL ESMERA – Best in Show, Highest Scored Mare, Best Movement in the Show

EL MEDIDA – Best in Show „Pure Polish”, Best Head

There were also a few trophies awarded to the Michałów Stud team who every day works hard to achieve such an amazing success:

PAWEŁ SYLIWONIUK – Best Handler

ARTUR ŁOJOWSKI – Best Trainer

It is worth mentioning that two Michałów-bred horses won in the Geldings Championship which was held on Friday afternoon. Two medals were awarded to horses bred by Michałów in the hands of their new owners:

• KORAB (Pegasus – Karbala / Emigrant) – Polish National Silver Champion Gelding (owner – Magdalena Helak-Kulczyńska, handler – Nicolas Frere);
• EUNORY (Ganges – Eunora / Gazal Al Shaqab) – Polish National Bronze Champion Gelding (owner – Aneta Chrząstek- Szyc, handler – Bogdan Maślanka).

We are happy that the fruits of our team’s labour are so highly appreciated by the judges and we cordially congratulate the other show contenders.
