The MINIMUM age for HORSES competing in all classes: 4 years. Only Novice classes may be organised for 3 years old horses. (2026 GB I.1.4., p. 6). Exception: Trail In Hand is open to any horse over 24 months.
The MINIMUM age for RIDERS: 8 years. Children On Lead up to 7 years.
Riders from 8-12 years will need to be accompanied by an adult (2026 Green Book p. 9)
The MAXIMUM number of CLASSES PER DAY: no horse is allowed to participate in more than SIX classes per day. Both Showjumping and Dressage count as two classes towards the total.
Exceptions: 3 classes: Trail in Hand & Children On Lead, Type & Conformation classes do not count towards the total in either Classic or Western.
ALL PLEASURE CLASSES – according to Green Book 2026, judges may split class even if it has less than 20 entrants for the safety purposes. If class is bigger than 20 entrants it must be split into two.

FRIDAY PRIZES AND AWARDS
POLISH NATIONAL CHAMPION – this title is awarded to the winners of every class in the Polish National Championship category at the Advanced level.
EUROPEAN BREEDERS FUND (EBF) Prize Money
The Polish National Championship categories are also eligible for EBF prize money, if they have more than 3 entries.
Places 1st – 3rd will receive 300 € each, if certain scores are reached. Full conditions are found in the 2026 Green Book (page 148 -149).
INTERNATIONAL ENTRANTS – where classes are run together with international entrants, there will be a separate prize giving at the end of the class for the overall ranking of the whole class. International entrants are not eligible for EBF money wherever they place.
BEST JUNIOR CLASSIC HORSE & BEST JUNIOR WESTERN HORSE OF THE EVENT
Awarded to only 4 – 5 year old horses.
Results from all Thursday and Friday Novice and Advanced Classes will be counted.
Points gained in Novice Classes are counted according to the table in the 2026 Green Book (Page 15).
Points gained in Advanced Classes are double the score of the table in the Green Book. The Horse & Rider combination with the highest total will be the winner.

The MINIMUM age for HORSES competing in all classes is 4 years. Exceptions are:

European Championship Dressage (Grand Prix): Minimum 7 years.

The MAXIMUM number of CLASSES PER DAY PER HORSE: no horse is allowed to participate in more than SIX classes in one day (Dressage and Showjumping each count as TWO classes towards the total).
Exceptions: 2 Classes – Children On Lead, Type and Conformation Class. Neither of these classes will count towards the total classes entered in either Classic or Western. All classes are MASTER level and are European Championship qualifying rounds for Sunday’s final. The Top Ten finishers in each class will compete in the European Championship FINAL.

EUROPEAN CHAMPION This title is awarded to the winners of the EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL Category. Prizes will be given after the Class.

NATIONS PARADE & SPECIAL PRIZE GIVING
Only horses ranked 1st to 6th in the All-Round Classic and Western competition and those awarded special prizes are required to take part in the Nations Parade. The names of the horses will be announced in advance. The remaining competitors are required to take part in the Nations Parade in competition riding attire (without horses, due to limited space of the arena).
SPECIAL AWARDS
The Competitor with the longest distance to come.
The Youngest Rider.
The Oldest Horse.
ALL ROUND CHAMPION CLASSIC
For results to count towards this Award, the Type and Conformation class is mandatory, plus minimum TWO additional Pleasure disciplines.
Horse and rider must compete in ONE or BOTH Dressage and/or Showjumping.
If they compete in BOTH Dressage and Showjumping, they may choose only TWO more additional Pleasure classes.
If they compete in ONE of Showjumping OR Dressage, they must choose at least ONE up to four other classes for their points to count. (FIVE classes in total)
The Total Number of Points in every Classic Class will be added according to the Points Table in the 2026 Green Book (page 13).
This includes the Qualifying Master level class on Saturday and the European Championship Final Class on Sunday. Exception: Children On Lead will not count.
ALL ROUND CHAMPION Western
For horse and rider’s results to count towards this Award, Type and Conformation Class is Mandatory, plus TWO additional disciplines, minimum.
They must compete in ONE or BOTH Trail Western and/or Reining.
They may choose classes up to a total of SIX classes per day per one horse.
The Total Number of Points in every Western Class will be added according to the Points Table in the 2026 Green Book (page 13).
This includes the Qualifying Master level class on Saturday and the European Championship Final Class on Sunday.
