WEEKEND AT THE RACES (August 28-29, 2021)

31st racing day at the Służewiec Racetrack in Warsaw brought us another victory of this season.
Two horses bred and owned by Michałów State Stud were registered for the GANGES AWARD RACE – International exterior race for 3-year-old purebred Arabian horses of group I – held at a distance of 1600 m. One of them was the chestnut ESCALOS (Kurier x Emossa / DA Adios) with starting number 2, trained by Małgorzata Łojek, and ridden by Stafano Mura. The second one to win was the grey ECH KURIER (Kurier x Echara / William) with the starting number 7, trained and ridden by Małgorzata Kryszyłowicz.
Just after leaving the starting machine, ECH KURIER took the lead, and was being followed closely by ESCALOS. ECH Kurier led and dictated the pace of the race until the entry to the final stretch, when ESCALOS, after a perfect finish, was the first to finish by 11 lengths. ECH KURIER finally finished as a third one.
