On February 5th, 2023 at 9:00 PM, in the jubilee 70th year of Michałów Stud, the 4,000th foal was born.
It is a bay filly by the stallion AJ Azzam out of the dam Kaldera by Ekstern. The filly represents the sire line of Mirage d.b. on the spear side of the pedigree and the dam line of Gazella d.b. on the distaff side.
All successively born foals are recorded in the Stud’s register, which has been kept since the beginning of the Michałów’s existence. The first foal entered with the number 1 was the bay filly DAKOTA (Como – Damba / Oboźny), born on January 1st, 1954. The 1,000th foal was the grey PREMIA (Palas – Pliszka / Gwarny), born on February 17th, 1981; with number 2,000 – the bay EUNIKA (Wachlarz – Espaeranca / Set) born on February 25th, 1997, and the 3,000th – the bay FOGGORIA (Gaspar – Foggia / Gazal Al Shaqab) born on May 14th, 2010.
We hope that our youngster will grow up healthy under the supervision of its dam, and in the future she will be the winner of many titles at national and international shows and on sports arenas.
